After the president of the Italian Society of Environmental Medicine SIMA (Società Italiana Di Medicina Ambientale) presented the DELPHIN, it was clear to him that this cleaning device could be the solution to numerous hygiene problems in the home. Tests at the University of Milan confirmed Alessandro Miani's assumption. The ability of DELPHIN to reduce particulate matter in indoor air was investigated at university. As a result, the Italian Ministry of Health officially classified DELPHIN as preventive medicine.
